Draft — not legal advice; to be reviewed (consumer withdrawal rules, digital-services consent exception)
Terms
These are draft terms for Callwise. They describe how we intend the service and its billing to work. They are not final and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. In particular, consumer withdrawal rules and the consent exception for digital services that start straight away still need review before anything is sold. Terms version: 2026-10-16b (stored with each order).
Who provides Callwise

Private preview
Callwise is not publicly launched. The preview runs with generated demo data or a local database. It makes no real phone calls and sends no texts. The store on this site is a demo: an order is recorded locally, the demo card form keeps only the card brand, last 4 digits and expiry, and no payment is taken. Features, prices and these terms may change before launch.
Free trial
- Every purchase starts with a 7-day free trial, one per customer. A customer is identified by email; a later purchase by the same customer has no trial.
- At checkout you give payment details and agree to the terms. Nothing is charged that day. Checkout shows the date and the amount of the first charge.
- The first annual charge happens on day 7 (the day after the last free day). The 12-month term starts that day.
- Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. You can cancel at Cancel a trial until the first charge day; the saved payment method is released and nothing is charged.
Contract term
- Every plan, industry pack and add-on is a 12-month minimum contract. There is no month-to-month option.
- The term starts on the first charge day: day 7 after a purchase with a free trial, or the day the order is placed without one. It ends on the day before its first anniversary. Both dates are shown at checkout.
- Add-ons bought later run on the same terms: 12 months, billed annually.
Prices and billing
- Prices are shown per month to make them easy to compare. The per-month price is the list price minus 12%, and the whole term (twelve of those months) is billed annually, in advance, on the day the term starts (after the free week, if the order has one).
- No plan, pack or add-on lists above $290 a month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT.
- Each plan, pack and credit add-on includes a monthly pool of AI credits shared by every module. Calls use credits at the rate of the models chosen. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Opt-in overage, if you turn it on, is billed per credit used.
Automatic renewal
At the end of each term the contract renews automatically for another 12 months, billed annually in advance on the renewal date, at the prices then in effect, unless you cancel the renewal before the renewal date. We show the renewal date at checkout and in Settings → Billing.
Cancelling the renewal
An owner can cancel the renewal at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel renewal. The workspace keeps working until the last day of the term and is not charged again. Cancelling the renewal does not end the current term early.
No refunds
Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing. Once the first annual charge is taken, payments are non-refundable. There are no full or partial refunds for unused months, unused credits, add-ons you stop using, moving to a smaller plan, or cancelling the renewal. See the cancellation & refund policy. Where a law that applies to you gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right still applies.
Failed payments
If an annual payment fails, you keep full access for 7 days. After that the workspace is read-only until day 30: calls forward to your fallback number, data stays visible, nothing can be edited.
Your data after the term ends
When a term ends without renewal, or a workspace lapses after a failed payment, the workspace becomes read-only and your data (calls, transcripts, recordings, bookings, callers) is kept for 90 days so you can export it. After that it is deleted. Recordings and transcripts may be deleted earlier under the retention settings you chose. See the privacy draft.
Your account and your team
A workspace has an owner, admins and members. The owner decides who has access to each module and at which level: none, view, edit or publish. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the access you give them.
The AI agent
The agent follows the script your team publishes: greeting, hours, services, prices and handoff rules. It can make mistakes, such as misunderstanding a caller or picking the wrong slot. Your team should review calls and correct bookings. Don't use the agent for emergencies; your greeting should tell callers what to do in one.
Recordings and call data
You decide whether calls are recorded and how long recordings and transcripts are kept. You are responsible for telling callers and getting consent where the law requires it.
Acceptable use
- No unsolicited or illegal outbound calling, and respect do-not-call lists.
- No attempts to access another workspace's data or to get around access levels or rate limits.
- No use of the agent to impersonate a person or mislead callers about talking to an AI.
Software
Callwise is proprietary software owned by Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi. A subscription lets your workspace use the hosted service; it gives no right to the software itself. You may not copy, sell, resell, sublicense or redistribute Callwise or any part of it. Parts of it are built on commercially licensed third-party components.
No warranty during the preview
The preview is provided as it is, without any warranty or service level.
